Sivappu Kavuni Arisi, also known as Red Cargo Rice, is traditional South Indian non-glutinous long-grain rice with red bran that retains all the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. The rice gets its red colour from anthocyanin, a natural pigment that also boosts its antioxidant properties.
