Authentic taste

Authentic taste. Made payasam and all the family members enjoyed having this delicacy. Memories of our visit to Grand Parents home was the discussion point while all of us were having the payasam.
Kudos to Oorla for the very tasty Chakkavarati.

Good tasting traditional dish of Kerala

It was nice to have traditional dish after long. However it was too dry to the type I have had from my grandmother, which is my frame of reference. I therefore rated it slightly low probably due to my expectation and frame of reference being slightly high.
